As wonderful as co-sleeping is for many families sleep problems can still develop. The good news is that the problems can be resolved without giving up co-sleeping.
One common problem occurs when the baby is able to roll around the bed. The parents can’t leave them alone in the bed after they fall asleep because they can fall out. Another problem family’s face is napping their baby away from home. It can be more difficult because they need a bed that fits an adult as well as a baby. Co-sleeping can also make it more difficult for babies to sleep while in childcare, with a nanny or when friends and family care for them.
All of these problems are solved with my sleep lessons. We teach babies how to sleep in their cribs during the day and at night they co-sleep with their parents. In this way babies remain safe while napping and the parents are free to do other things. The babies learn how to enjoy their beds. They also learn that all they have to do is call for help and all of their needs will be taken care of in a loving and supportive way.
My sleep lessons also teach how to wean from night feedings while co-sleeping.
